Cancelation Policy

At Top Fun Charters, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to
accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, it is essential to
have a clear policy in place to manage cancellations. Please review our refund
and cancellation policy.

We take every precaution to make sure our boat is running at 100 percent
however, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If we have to
cancel a trip due to boat maintenance, we will reschedule you or refund you
100%.

Cancellations are subject to the following Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before Departure:

If you must cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled
departure date, you will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the total booking
price. A 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover
processing costs.

Cancellations of 7 Days or Less Before Departure:

For cancellations made within 7 days or less of the departure date, a refund
of 50% of the booking price will be issued.

Cancellations of 24 Hours or Less Before Departure:

No refund is available for cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the
departure date.

Booking Changes:

If you wish to reschedule your charter, we will do our best to accommodate
your request based on availability. However, please note that changes made
within 7 days of the original departure date may be subject to the same
cancellation fees as outlined above.

No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show on the scheduled departure date, no refunds will
be provided, and the full booking price will be forfeited. No show 30 minutes
after scheduled departure time is considered “no show”.

Late Policy:

Customers are expected to be on time. Boarding starts at time of reservation
and the boat must return at the originally scheduled time. If the boat is
running late, customer will still be given the full chartered time or refunded
if unable to do so. No refund will be given for any portions of our charter
unused by the traveler after Charter departure regardless of circumstances
(this includes coming in early).

Weather-Related Cancellations:

Safety is our top priority. If, on the day of your charter, if we determine
that weather conditions or other factors pose a safety risk, we reserve the
right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such cases, you will be offered the
option to reschedule your charter at no additional cost or receive a full
refund.

How to Request a Cancellation or Rescheduling:

To request a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible or atleast 7 days
before your departure date. Please email [email protected] . We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice
mail. Please make sure you send an email or text letting us know. Please
explain why you are requesting a cancellation.

Refund: Processing Refunds will be processed quickly, usually within 7 to 14
business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may
vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
